Astana. July 4. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev explained why he gave the name “Khan Shatyr” to shopping and entertainment center in Astana.
“Tomorrow we are opening a wonderful shopping and entertainment center “Khan Shatyr”. I called it in this way, because in the steppes the highest official is called with the word “khan”.
